Has Anyone Ever Took A Macronutrient And/or A Micronutrient Test?
El VIH puede disminuir nuestras vitaminas y minerales de nuestro cuerpo. APARTE de los análisis de laboratorio habituales, ¿le han realizado pruebas para ver qué vitaminas y minerales le faltan mediante una prueba de macronutrientes y una prueba de micronutrientes? He estado pensando en hacerme estas 2 pruebas, pero el seguro no las pagará. Supongo que cuesta entre 300 y 400 dólares hacerlo.
¿Alguien ha hecho alguna vez estas 2 pruebas?
HIV can diminish our vitamins and minerals from our body. OTHER THAN what your regular labs are, have you been tested to see what vitamins and minerals you are lacking through a macronutrient test and a micronutrient test? I have been thinking of getting these 2 test done, but insurance will not pay for them. I guess it runs around $300 to $400 to have it done.
So has anybody ever did these 2 test?
You need certain vitamins to absorb others. For example you need vit C to properly metabilize iron from the blood. I put nutiotional yeast and chia seed in much of my food. Together it makes your food super nutrient dense.

I can not get vitamins and minerals over the counter with a health savings account.
If i have a prescription for vitamins and minerals, then i can use my health savings account THEN at tax time I can include this expense as tax deductible.
Without a prescription over the counter is not tax deductible.
I try and save and use any avenue or entitlement I can get to save money.
They only tested me for bottoming d and my insurance doesn't cover it either. But it's $5.99 at Safeway.
Maybe if your Dr codes it right and shows a need for the test insurance might pay.
I have and it is very needed, my primary care provider did mine because of pain to be sure I didn't have a vitamin deficiency.I also had Chemotherapy so she was looking for damages from the chemo to be sure I wasn't going through a any type of deficiencies
