Where Do You Store Your Prescription Medications? Any Suggestions?
La mayoría de los medicamentos recetados y de venta libre sugieren no almacenar los medicamentos en el baño donde hay humedad y mucha humedad debido al agua caliente. Most medications prescribed and over the counter suggests not storing medications in the bathroom where there is moisture and high humidity from heated water. The old medicine cabinet in the bathroom with the mirror front is where I used to store my meds because it was right there when I got up to hygiene myself. I have changed that out since learning of this.
The only things kept in there now are toiletries and tools for personal care.
I keep mine in my bedroom drawer. I know it's not healthy, but that's where I spend most of my time away from work so it's always there when I need to take my meds
I actually made a post of this 2 months ago of my pill storage solution. I keep them in a plastic box in the kitchen area ( well ventilated area). Makes it easier to take from home to boyfriends house.
I stick mine in the drawers of the tv cabinet, the ones I take daily are on the coffee table
I use one of the shelfs in my kitchen cabinet to store my meds. I bought a lazy susan spice rack years ago and now I keep my daily medications on it for easy access to fill my box weekly. I also keep a dairy listing of my meds inside the cupboard door to help me track what needs refilled or ordered. It's also private.
