How has your lifestyle changed after you started taking your medication
For me the beginning used to be a big struggle,many thoughts and regrets such that I skipped med and I didn’t want to continue with the meditation
Not long I found that my CD4 had started declining so fast! Had to go through counseling and set med alarm 🥲took my meds bounced back!!
since then I’ve never skipped or regretted taking my medication the right way. Never been hospitalized nor do I have any complications!!!

Taking my meds is something that I am used to. I take my meds happily. I used to be a bone now I am up in weight like a normal person, the meds keep me alive.
