Comencé mi tratamiento hace 2 años con Truvada y Tivicay y en 30 días pasé de 150.000 a 150. El médico quedó asombrado. Mi carga fluctuó entre indetectable y 40. I started my treatment 2 years ago on Truvada and Tivicay and within 30 days went from 150,000 down to 150. The doctor was amazed. My loading fluctuated between undetectable and 40. I ended up switching doctors and she added Prescobix and it made my loading shoot up to 180. After two months and it not going down, she now has me on Triumeq and it is slowly bringing it back down. I was under the impression that anything under 150 was considered untransmittable.
all kinds of things can play with your viral load. not getting enough rest, a poor diet, stress, being sick (with or without symptoms) or a combination of 2 or more of all the mentioned.
I'm on triumeq and was undectectable after just 4 months. It's amazing.

From my own experience with Tivicay..throwing Descovy on board and allowing those two meds to work together seems to be very successful for so many! Bless you and your process! It gets better beloved!
