I started out on biktarvey, it helped my viral load go down but it wasnt enough for me to keep it down or reach undetectable as the virus was showing resistance. so my doctor added prezcobix which has help me obtain my undectectable level;.

Just because biktarvy isn't working maybe it is time to change or maybe it will star working again .
Monitor for couple weeks see what happens i to am diehard in meds amd what is working and what isn't but you have find out. Could be drugs with it can cause the biktarvy
To be less effective so i separated maintenance drugs
To twelve hours apart and only take what is needed at night when i take it
I was advised to take it at night so that when sleeping your drug is working while sleeping and yiu aren't tired all day
