Para aquellos de ustedes que todavía van a trabajar, ¿cuál es el mayor obstáculo que tienen en el trabajo siendo VIH positivo?
For those of you who still go to work, what is the biggest obstacle that you have at work being HIV positive?
I own a guaranteed issue life insurance agency and have not had any issue with work.
The issue I have is getting people living with HIV-AIDS to understand the importance of having coverage to bring finsncial.peace of mind to family and love ones.
Thankfully I have no issues at work related to HIV but nobody knows there anyway. I make my appointments out of work so no one need ever know.
@Un miembro de myHIVteam did you know you can file a disability accommodation request for doctor appointments?

I've been with my company 18 years. I've accumulated 4 weeks vaca, 56 hours sick time and 2 personal days. My direct supervisor is aware of my status. So no issues with illness or time away for appointments. Our office has moved to a work from home environment (March 2020) with no plans to return to the office, so there isn't really any issues at all. I feel fortunate to work for a person that is so understanding. Did I mention she's my work-wife also?? 😁😁😁
Hmm, nobody knows, for my country we're not obligated to disclose thus no obstacle :)
