Hay capas de prácticas más seguras, algunas son fáciles y otras complicadas. U=U parece fácil, pero se necesitan acciones complicadas y determinación para lograrlo. I don't want to be a downer, But the only safe sex is when you're alone. However, there are safer sex techniques. Not cumming in your partner w/condom or wo/condom while U=U is safer than sharing your load. When discussing sex and HIV, there is no 100% protection. There's layers of safer practices, some are easy, some are complicated. U=U seems easy but it takes complicated actions and determination to achieve. So if you're there, be grateful for your success and the life you earned. I live alone but still want to share my life with someone. Every morning when I wake up, I appreciate that I have another day to keep looking.

Digo eso porque casi tan pronto como comencé a tomar medicamentos mi carga viral disminuyó, pero los efectos secundarios de ESOS medicamentos fueron peores que preocuparme por cuánto tiempo me quedaba de vida.
Después de que le introdujeron la segunda ronda de medicamentos a mi persona, mi viral comenzó a disminuir lentamente y en un momento se volvió indetectable y aunque solicité que me cambiaran los medicamentos 2 veces después y mi PCP de identificación le sugirió a Dovato, estaba un poco receloso hasta Tuve tiempo para realizar mi propia investigación sobre el medicamento antes del siguiente chequeo.

Luego llegó el siguiente chequeo y ella y yo hablamos sobre Dovato y como había pocos o ningún efecto secundario y podía tomarse con o sin alimentos cuando salí del edificio, me fui con un suministro de un mes hasta que Current Farmacy pudiera actualizar mis recetas para el Bolsas preempaquetadas para el tiempo de producción con el nuevo medicamento incluido y el antiguo omitido.
Entonces, según cuenta la historia, fue hace más de 10 años y mi carga viral ha sido indetectable desde 2002 :).

I guess I am the odd duck in this situation.
I say that because almost as soon as I went on meds my viral load declined but the side effects of THOSE meds were worse than worrying about how long I had to live
After the second round of meds was introduced to my person my viral began a slow decline and at one point went undetectable and even tho I made the requests to have my meds changed 2 times thereafter and my id PCP suggested Dovato I was kind of leery until I had the time to commit my own research on the med before the next checkup .

Then the next checkup arrived and she and I discussed Dovato and since there were little to no side effects and could be taken with or without food when I left the.building I left with a months supply until Current farmacy could get my scripts updated for the prepacked by time Pouches into production with the new med included and the old one omitted .
So we'll as the story goes was 10 plus years ago and .y viral load has been undetectable since 2002 :) .

La gente piensa que tienes que tomarlo, digamos a las 8 p. m. religiosamente. Adivina qué pasa si lo tomas a las 9 p. m. porque olvidaste tomarlo a las 8 p. m., es irrelevante, siempre y cuando no te pierdas ni un día. Cuando era niño tomaba vitamina Los Picapiedra todos los días y tenía 6 años. ¡¡¡Somos adultos!!!!! En cuanto a la falta de vivienda y las enfermedades mentales, sí, esa es otra historia. Nosotros, como estadounidenses, somos muy patéticos al cuidar de esas personas. Culpo al gobierno por eso. En cuanto a los drogadictos, van a una reunión. Esta enfermedad nunca terminará si ponemos excusas. No podemos depender del gobierno, solo nosotros, como seres humanos, podemos marcar la diferencia.

Not that Im thrilled about taking a pill everyday but sorry it’s not that hard to take one little pill everyday. My doc says the half life on these drugs in your body is great. So you don’t need a timer or something else just take it around the same time it’s not rocket science. I usually take mine at 9 pm sometimes 11 pm sometimes 8 pm. As long as you take it everyday you will be fine. People think you have to take it let’s say at 8 pm religiously.Guess what if you take it at 9 pm because you forgot to take it at 8 its irrelevant.as long as you don’t miss a day. When I was a kid I took a flintstones vitamin everyday and I was 6. We are adults!!!!! as for homelessness and mental illnesses yes that’s another story . we as Americans are so pathetic on taking care of those people. I blame the government on that one . As for drug addicts go to a meeting. This disease will never end if we make excuses. We can’t depend on the government only we as human beings can make a difference
